Alan D. Blom

Alan Blom is the President of Capital Real Estate Group and formed the company on Knowledge, Experience and Personalized Service. Prior to CREG, Mr. Blom was Vice President with The Binswanger Companies which is one of the largest Commercial Real Estate firms with over 160 offices worldwide. An expert on the southern real estate market and a native of Charlotte, Mr. Blom successfully represented owners, tenants and purchasers/investors alike.

A selected list of notable projects and clients include Bank of America, Farmers Insurance, Analysts International, Case Paper, Ultimate Staffing, AMT Direct, Efird Corporation, American Investment Exchange, B. Roberts Foods, Technology Partners, Evergreen-America, Maritz and Community Health Services.

Mr. Blom has a Broker license in both North and South Carolina. He received North Carolina's CRCBR Deal Makers Silver Award and is in the process of receiving his CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation which is given to the elite brokers in the Commercial Real Estate Industry. He also sits on several boards in the Charlotte region including 626 N Graham which is a mixed use development in the historic Fourth Ward community, Carmel Country Club serving on the Tennis Committee and the Programs Committee with the Charlotte Region Commercial Board of Realtors (CRCBR). Mr. Blom played Division I soccer for the University of North Carolina at Asheville before transferring to the University of North Carolina at Charlotte where he earned his Bachelor of Arts degree.
