Cameron S. Ferguson

Cameron Ferguson entered the Commercial Real Estate Industry after successful careers with Springs Industries, as a project manager, and Automatic Data Processing (ADP) where he helped a large, diverse group of businesses in the Uptown and surrounding Charlotte markets with improving and simplifying aspects of human resources, benefits and payroll compliance.  Cameron joined Capital Real Estate Group as an Office and Retail Broker assisting clients in both Tenant/Buyer and Landlord Representation.

A selected list of notable projects and clients include Team Worldwide, Waypoint Advisors, Subway, AIE Properties, Blis, Simco, International Medical Equipment & Service, The Planning Group, Gaston Hematology & Oncology, Elite Spine Center, Franklin Bank, Grapevine Distributors and Steele Creek Physical Therapy.

Cameron holds a North Carolina brokers license.  He is a member of the Charlotte Region Commercial Board of Realtors and has received North Carolina’s CRCBR Deal Makers Silver Award.  He is also a member of ProActive Partners located in Charlotte, NC and has been an active volunteer for United Way.  Cameron is a native of North Carolina and received his Bachelor of Science degree in Textile Management & Technology from North Carolina State University.
