Cameron S. Ferguson

Cameron Ferguson entered the Commercial Real Estate Industry after a successful 3 year sales career with ADP Small Business Services where he helped a large, diverse group of companies in the Uptown and surrounding Charlotte market with improving and simplifying aspects of human resources, benefits and payroll compliance. Cameron joined Capital Real Estate Group as an Office and Retail Broker assisting clients in both Tenant/Buyer and Landlord Representation.

A selected list of notable projects and clients include Team Worldwide, Waypoint Advisors, Subway, AIE Properties, Blis, Simco, Grapevine Distributors, Integrated AV, Glove USA, Modern Impressions, Tri-Square, Franklin Bank, The Planning Group, Steele Creek Physical Therapy and Elite Spin Center.

Cameron holds a North Carolina brokers license and is a member of the Charlotte Region Commercial Board of Realtors (CRCBR). He also is a member of SynergyNet Partners located in Charlotte, NC and has been an active volunteer for United Way. Cameron is a native of North Carolina and received his Bachelor of Science degree in Textile Management & Technology from North Carolina State University.
